Jordovn 1.0 og 2.0

Der er blevet eksperimenteret lidt med lammekølle i jordovn på godset, senest i weekenden. Konceptet hedder hul foret med sten, bål i hullet, sten oven på til sidst og når det hele er brændt ud fjernes de øverste sten og en lammekølle krydret med ramsløg, hvidløg, rosmarin salt og peber pakkes i staniol og puttes i hullet. Sten oven på igen og til sidst jord.

I første forsøg fik den godt og vel 4 timer i hullet. Det var alt for meget! Smagen var god, men kødet mindede mest af alt om pulled lam. Version 2.0 fik 2,5 time cirkus og den sad lige i skabet. Saftigt og lækkert 😋… eneste minus var måske et minimum af stegeskorpe
